“The apartment was much bigger than I expected, very clean, with old world charm and incredible tile floors and thoughtful furnishings, art and books, like someone’s cherished home.Sofia was very communicative in English, and I really enjoyed practicing Italian with Raffaele who spoke slowly and clearly. He showed us everything we’d need, and I enjoyed making old fashioned coffee in the morning and sitting on the terrace for the amazing view. What’s more, after checkout when my wife misplaced her……

“The apartment is clean, in a great location, and the owner was easy to communicate with. There are many great restaurants and bars nearby. The supermarket is very close, which made it convenient for making meals at the apartment. We enjoyed our time here. ”

“Lukten på toalettet var forferdelig, så ta med luftrenser. Underdimensjonert aircondition, spesielt soverommet er veldig varmt. kjøkken i dårlig stand, men maur. Dialogen med utleier var tung, og gikk på flere forskjellige plattformer, og hele tiden var ønske om å selge flere tjenester. Plantene på terrassen har død for flere år siden. Flott inngangsparti for hele bygget og fin utsikt. ”

“La struttura è molto carina, all’interno nuova e pulita. Vista dall’esterno può suscitare qualche dubbio in quanto situata in un complesso di case vecchie. Si trova in una zona popolata per lo più da stranieri, vicino alla stazione dei treni, e non proprio pulitissima. Per il resto è tutto a portata di mano se vi piace camminare, Palermo è stupenda e le persone gentili ed accoglienti. Un plus è la vicinanza del mercato di Ballarò, un’esperienza da vivere assolutamente. ”

“Samen met mijn vrouw 3 weken hier verbleven. Personeel was vriendelijk. Davide en zijn vrouw staan altijd voor je klaar. Kamer was erg schoon. Bed en kussens lagen goed. Badlakens en beddengoed worden op verzoek verschoond. Keuken van gemakken voorzien. Achter de appartementen ligt een olijfboomgaard en een moestuin waar je van de rust en stilte van de Siciliaanse natuur kunt genieten. Dit is voor de gasten en hoort bij de accomodatie. Parkeren is geen probleem op eigen terrein. De stranden……

“Esperienza veramente bella presso questa nuovissima struttura. Palazzo Gregoretti si trova in una via molto carina, a due passi da tutto in zona signorile! Mi sono mosso a piedi tenuto conto della vicinanza alle principali attrazioni di Palermo. Consiglio questa struttura ad amici tornerò volentieri.”

“Central accommodation in the town close to beach. Parking has to be in free zone not close to apartment. However once you get use to where to leave the car it's easy. Look for white lines and no lines and it's free. The apartment is fantastic it has two bathrooms not one and it is high speck. Fantastic location and very clean. Lovely lovely ”
