"Checking in was a very long line, although it moved quickly, there was no one available to help answer questions or point us in the right direction. After getting on the wrong elevator another customer of the hotel helped point us in the right direction and someone in the arcade did too. When we got to the right elevator it was broke and we waited in line with about 100 others waiting for it to resume operations. I wouldn’t have minded to take the stairs but couldn’t find those either. We parked in the parking lot as we did the year prior for the event at the speedway we were there to attend"
