"Staff for the most part were very helpful, had great communication but our room was dirty. Shower had hair, walls and carpet had stains. Bathroom over all was dirty and had a clogged sink"

Mandalay Bay Resort And Casino

"I had an amazing stay here until my final day when it came time to leave.
To start I want to say that the location is convenient, the property is beautiful and well maintained, no issue at all with the room, restful sleep, good amenities including the pool, and very kind and helpful staff!
However on my day leaving I requested my car from valet. I had valeted it for my entire stay and never had an issue, everyone was quick and professional. But on the last day it took them over an hour to bring my car, as I watched people who had requested their cars after me get theirs. Over an hour and a half later I finally got my car without an apology or anything. The guy who brought it just shrugged. I checked my bank account and I was charged TWICE to pick up my car which is unacceptable. I had paid the few every 24 hours as required but to pay it twice for the same 24 hour period, while my car takes almost two hours to come to me?"

Fontainebleau Las Vegas, MICHELIN Key Award Hotel

"Great stay"

Circus Circus Hotel, Casino & Theme Park
6/10 Okay
"Room was “refreshed rate” but was definitely in need of work. Tiles and baseboards were broken. No shampoo or soap. Staff fixed the shampoo issue right away. The splash zone was not in service. Mediocre stay"

Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino
4/10 Poor
"Room was not clean, especially the bathroom. Towels looked dingy and the shower didn’t drain properly, maintenance had to come fix it and when you drained the tub the sink would back up and have a disgusting sewer smell. It definitely doesn’t have a clean smell, the only lights are small desk lamp or beside lights besides the bathroom lighting, the room is pretty outdated. The phone would disconnect if you moved it a certain way and you have to go though an automated system to even be routed to the front desk. Would never stay at this hotel ever again."

The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower
6/10 Okay
"My stay at The STRAT in Las Vegas started off well, but the last night completely changed my experience. Earlier in my stay, a staff member saw me with my kick scooter and simply told me it couldn’t be ridden inside the hotel. That was understandable, and I followed the rule. No one ever told me the scooter couldn’t be on the property at all.
On my final night, a security officer suddenly approached me and said the scooter had to be removed from the property entirely. This was confusing and frustrating since I had already been seen with it before and no one had mentioned any issue beyond not riding it indoors.
When the head of security arrived, the situation became even more inappropriate. As I explained that I couldn’t just walk off the property due to my mobility limitations, he responded by saying he “didn’t know disabled people rode kick scooters.” That comment was offensive, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. It also goes against basic expectations of respectful treatment and awareness of accessibility needs.
What made the situation worse is that after this exchange, I was suddenly told I could keep the scooter because of my disability. My disability should never have been used as a justification after the fact. If the scooter was truly a problem, it should have been addressed consistently and respectfully from the beginning—not on the last night with inappropriate remarks.
This incident overshadowed what had been a good stay. I hope The STRAT takes this serious"
