Beautiful vacation getaway

Wonderful Beach Vacation

Great Beach House

Great house in a great location. We really enjoyed it. Beautiful ocean beach across the street with surf spots for any swell a short walk one way or the other down the beach. Owner easy to reach and helpful.

Summer 2021

House was very clean and as described on the website. It has a fantastic location too. Can’t beat being able to be on bay and ocean. And easy to deal with Dan, the owner. I definitely would recommend for other families.

Great Time on Dune Road

This was a lovely comfy home, nice and freshly renovated inside. We used the private beach which was only steps away from the home and the county beach down the road with lifeguards for the kids. Both spectacular! Great location!

Perfect beach house!

Our family enjoyed our two week beach getaway! The house was immaculate and fully stocked with everything you need for a fabulous vacation. A quick walk to the bay and beach made the location ideal. We enjoyed coffee, wine and fabulous views from the front porch daily. Dan was friendly and responsive to any and all questions. Two weeks went way too fast!

A Fun, Casual Beach Vacation!

Dealing with Dan was incredibly easy. He's a really nice person and made both the booking, the check in and the check out very simple. The house is across the street from the beach and requires a short walk to the beach access. The house is clean, has plenty of bed space and has all the needs for the kitchen and outdoor grill. It's a causal house and great for a small group just wanting to hang out in Westhampton Beach for a few days or weeks!

Short walk to Beach entry

This place is really close to the beach, it's so close you can hear the ocean. There was construction work across the street causing some inconveniences like parking in our driveway, noise and dust. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Next time, I would ask if there's active construction in the surrounding areas.Other than that, the checkin / check out process with vacasa was seamless, all via texts. The house was spacious, had wifi, had all the amenities we could ask for. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great beach house for families- wonderful location!

We spent Thanksgiving here with our family including 2 teenage kids. The home is perfectly set up for families-with great separation of bedrooms downstairs and entertainment areas upstairs with wrap around views. There's a bonus bunk room on the third floor which is perfect for sleepovers with cousins or friends. Everything we needed was there and in great condition. I can only imagine how great this home is for a summer family rental- esp given the beach is steps away. Dan was a great host and very responsive to any questions we have. I would recommend this to any family looking for a great beach getaway in a perfect location!

Great stay & Perfect location

Our family had a great time at this rental. The location was perfect; a short walk to the beach or bay, and with two young kids and all their beach gear it was close and easy and just what we were looking for. Dan was super responsive with anything we needed and the house was stocked with all the essentials. When the kids were asleep we hung out most nights on the deck with the ocean breeze and other nights took the kids to watch the sunset. There are only a few places that deliver food so if you’re not planning to cook/BBQ like we did most nights, you’ll have to coordinate and plan pickup in advance. Town is a 10 minute drive so not a pain as some mornings we went to grab coffee and breakfast for the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Beach Home

The house was in a terrific location. Across the street from the beach. Easy access. Beautiful inside. Was surprised that the outside porch decking and railings were in need of repair which Dan said he was repairing this fall. We just didn’t know from the listing. That this was an issue. Aside from that every was great. Dan was A pleasure to deal with and responded mmediately to any questions or issues. Thank you

Perfect location

Dan was very accomodating. The house was a quick walk to the bay and ocean. It is a very open layout so not a ton of privacy. Great for families with teens, the loft had 5 beds so good for the kids to be up there.
