When reception is closed, we can't borrow anything for cooking!!!!!!! Only 3 beds and a table in family room. We have to pay for coffee and tea... No shower gel and shampoo.... Room is very very dark. Only one light bulb insides the a whole family bedroom. Everything is bad!

酒店整体上还行，中规中矩。就是设施太少了，没有小厨房，也没有微波炉等。WIFI信号也不是很强。希望能改进让客户更便捷。

As my wife injured her knee two days before arriving the Punga Grove, I asked the receptionist whether it was possible to re-assign a ground floor room for us. it was a negative reply at first. However, I believed the manager intervened and arranged a ground floor room for our two nights stay.

Excellent pace to stay in Frank Joseph. Modern and clean, great amenities. A home away from home. Great long veranda to take in the awesome view of the mountains. Stargazing was spectacular.
