Luxury & Comfort at Its Finest
My friends and family stayed at One Westland Heights during Crop Over in July/August and had an extraordinary experience!A few helpful things to note, especially based on past reviews:Latoya, the housekeeper, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly helpful with day-to-day questions and kept everything running smoothly throughout our stay. It was refreshing coming back to a tidy house after a long day out! The concierge team was attentive and detail-oriented from the moment we booked. They helped us arrange fast track through the airport, airport pickup, and even a private chef for our arrival night. After a long day of travel, it was such a relief to have everything taken care of so seamlessly.The air conditioning throughout the home was perfect. Each room had its own unit, which worked out great for our group since everyone has their own comfort level when it comes to temperature.Chef Nick was outstanding! The food was flavorful and beautifully prepared, and his friendly, welcoming personality added so much to our first evening on the island. I even joked about flying him in for one of our parties in the States!The home itself is even more stunning in person than in the photos. The landscaping was impeccably maintained, and the furnishings and bedding were the epitome of luxury. Several of us said it was the best sleep we’ve had in years!Thank you for an unforgettable stay—we truly didn’t want to leave!
