“We have stayed at this hotel many times when taking in a show at the Casino. Check-in is never smooth, but this time was the worst. Despite a 4:00 pm check-in time (the latest check-in time possible for most hotels), rooms were not ready. The lobby was filled with people waiting for rooms. My husband asked the front desk staff if there were other rooms available, but absolutely no effort was made to put us in a room which might have been ready.
