“Quiet,safe and clean”

“While I booked no-smoking rooms the basement rooms we were given had been smoked in. They had the lingering odour of stale cigarette smoke and cleaning products. They also smelled damp and musty. The bed coverings were visibly dirty. For a basement, the windows felt unsafe. It was one night and we had arrived late, so we didn’t ask for new rooms, especially after lugging our luggage down stairs (no elevator). Breakfast was ok. “Room was cleanish, kitchenette outdated with limited cooking utensils, oven is old and not clean looking. Pool advertised does not smell clean and no circulating water. Stairs and carpets leading up to room filthy. The only thing they seem to have invested in is their restaurant downstairs for lunch/dinnertime. Breakfast included ok for kids. Parking is in parking lot downstairs so if you are on the second floor you have to bring up all your bags. Filter of the air conditioning dirty and smells……

“Very clean, easy to find, safe area, quiet, available parking, amenities were available. My only complaint is that staff was a bit in my face and not that friendly. Its not my problem reception works 7 days a week and 10 hrs a day.”

“The staff were absolutely amazing! I had the pleasure of meeting 4 of the front desk staff, the maintenance man, the cleaning staff and the breakfast hosts. Everyone was friendly ,knowledgeable, diligent, polite, and respectful! The property was well maintained.The location was convenient and impressive ! The breakfast was both extensive and spectacular ! My appreciation for my stay is brimming over!”
