“I was unfortunately in an incredibly warm room (in part due to weather, but also the orientation which meant it got the full evening sun and no breeze) - this was room 104. The room was a decent size and reasonably clean, but given the weather, which is it being made up with a duvet and no sheet underneath (between that and the bed). The bathroom had cracked floor tiles which were very uneven with sharp edges and there was toothpaste marks splashed all over the wall by the sink, which means……

We had our 2 dogs and hotel is very dog friendly although the £25 per dog per night was a bit steep. Hotel is well located right in the middle of Penkridge, Saturday market is brilliant. “Nobody told me there's activity beside Hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. I must complaint to IHS office for the negligence of Hotel staff.”
