「We booked this property for a retreat for our collegiate professional organization, and we had a great weekend! The house was very clean and well organized, and check in was very easy. We did struggle to get the AC to cool the house down but it wasn't too hot so we were okay. The hot tub was a great way to wind down at the end of the night and it worked perfectly. Overall we had a great stay!」

「The location was great. It felt like you were completely isolated and not in a neighborhood. At first we thought being by the railroad tracks would be a headache but we honestly found it to not be a problem and enjoyed the train horn when it came by. The rules at the end of check out were not lengthy and super easy to do.」

「The house was exactly as it looks in the photos. Very charming and clean. Also peaceful. Just be aware that the “2 twin beds in the common space” are the two (very hard) futons in the living room. My group was made up of seven 40-yr-old women and there was no way any of us could sleep on those things, so two of us ended up having to share one of the actual twin beds in a bedroom. I highly suggest taking an air mattress and your own pillows if you have more than 6 people over the age of 25!」

「I stayed with several girlfriends after a bridal shower. The place is large and very accommodating. The property is in good shape and was very cleanly. 「Great communication with the owner; he was extremely helpful when we booked another spot but for the wrong days! He came to the rescue with his new space just coming in the market. Nice amenities in the apartment- snacks and coffee, bathroom supplies, very comfy linens. Perfect location for us to access Purdue activities - a short Lyft ride to our niece’s apartment.」

「Huge old house with good bones, and a remodel in progress. The 3 bathrooms have been updated, and there are good beds, linens and towels. Some simple things like reading lights in the bedrooms, in addition to the ceiling light you have to get out of bed to turn off, would make it more liveable.
