We appreciated the use of the washer dryer. Those machines are often not great at rentals, but this was a fine set! I even put the puzzle together and we enjoyed the provided board games. The river is nice to sit and enjoy.」

「We stayed for a wedding at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport. The locatio. Was perfect, a 3 minute walk to Easton beach with the Cliff Walk beginning at the end of the beach. Walkable to all of downtown Newport and a very cool neighborhood with lots of dining options. House was well stocked and clean with a great backyard. We will be back!」

「Had a wonderful time at the cottage for a long weekend. The beach is a short walk away and we loved the convenience of the supplied beach cart. Brenda was extremely communicative and attentive when I had a couple of questions arise. You can see the water from the attached porch- we loved taking in the view each morning and watching the sunset at night!」

「This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property...
