“Very clean. Staff wasn’t super helpful with accommodations for 1 hour late check out. Super over priced weekend rates. Very clean and quiet. No microwave. Very small refrigerator. Turns off hot water at night on weeknights. ”

“Everything was great except a problem with the a/c control which kept room far too cod and also noisy. I reported the issue to front desk where my concern was professionally noted and reported. Later the day of checkout, I caalled the GM who graciously approved a rate discount for the inconvenience. Grace was the GM and Johnny helped me. Very impressed with the proper degree of concern and professionalism and both Individuals were exceptionally courteous.”
