「This was our first time wine tasting in Traverse City. The location was perfect. It was a beautiful fall day and the weather was just perfect to sit outside, walk on the beach and view the lake. The room was absolutely spotless. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was delightful. Definitely coming back next year.」

「Nice room, especially for the price」

「Good. 」

「We were in the area for a color tour. We booked here because we like the motel feel-parking outside the door, more personal feel. We checked in with a no contact check in, which worked without fail. The room was charming, and had everything we needed. There was making for s’mores if you wanted to build a fire, plenty of room to be outside enjoying the property. It was a great night.」

「io」

「I've stayed here in the past and enjoyed the hotel. But the cleanliness has gone downhill. Probably won't stay here again.」

「Very nicely maintained motel by the family. Very friendly service.」

「There should be more better breakfast options available and maintain more staff so that guests are not waiting to be checked in we had to wait for 30 minutes before someone showed up at the front desk. But the lady was politely asked for excuse as she was busy. That was acceptable as she was the only person on the front」

「Very nice staff」

「Jenna was not on site but immediately responded to my text asking to check in early. She kindly told me how to access the key to my room, which was clean and tidy. There were plenty of towels, 2 hand-soaps and a hairdryer, but there were no shampoo/conditioner/lotion available. The beds and bedding were comfortable, which my back appreciated! The water pressure was good and plenty of hot water; the tub however had trouble draining and the towel rack was loose and fell apart when I hung my towel....

「A great and relaxing place for a getaway!」
