「Beautiful modern lodge with gracious hosts. The property has a lot of indoor and outdoor public areas to relax with a glass of wine and book in hand. Rebecca and Jason are attentive, anticipating their clients needs, and are at the ready to make great dining and sightseeing recommendations. The private cedar hot tubs room side are to die for. Highly recommended.」

「Absolutely loved the location. So quiet with a lovely view. A pleasant walk to the lake. Nice sandy beaches which were not busy, and the lake is so nice to swim in. Also enjoyed the DVD collection.」

「This was my second stay and it was perfect, we did the Tongariro crossing and the homes location to national park and surrounding walks and activities makes it the perfect option if you want something cheap. For the price it’s what you expect. It’s no luxury hotel but it has more then enough for what you pay for」

「Lovely clean accommodation; in very pretty grounds with secure decking . Comfy beds. Easy communication.」

「Loved staying here and waking up to that view. The horse was cute. Being pet friendly was a giant bonus and my dogs loved running around the property. Owner is super lovely. I read some people saying they had no reception but if youre with Spark the reception is excellent.」
