我不得不建议应该换掉这间酒店的管理团队，这是我住过的管理最差的一间Hampton Inn酒店。一是酒店的整洁程度很差，窗户玻璃很脏，有照片为证。二是酒店用品准备不齐备，shampoo一个人用完就空了。三是早餐很简陋，牛奶只有一种选择，肉饼质量很差。我相信在成本方面，hampton inn 所有的酒店应该是一样的，但是提供的服务和食物相差很大，这说明什么，只能说明管理团队比较懒，不太负责任。

Just really slept in the hotel. I don’t like the bathroom personal products as the smell isn’t good for me. Thank goodness I packed my own personal products. The temperature was also warm in the room but my window did open which really helped out! Bed was comfy and the tv worked.

The room, kitchen and bath were exactly as described and very nicely decorated (she thought of everything). The property is within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, and the train station. I would definitely stay here again when next in Long Beach. Highly recommended!!

This place is cheap and not worth it. Place was not cleaned when I arrived. Bathroom had pubic hairs in the shower stall,which I had no choice but to clean it myself, half a roll of toliet paper for 2 women ,area rugs dingy, wasn't vacuumed outdated furniture. No carpet on staircase which my friend ...

My stay here was just what I needed, super cute and cozy. I was close enough to where my dad lives which is perfect! Loved it and Julie was so kind and communication was also great would recommend and even come back to stay here again. Thank you Julie
