The room was dinky the bed was cheap, no chair in corner, the mattress protector cover was nasty and didn't look clean, had stains all over the side of it, the A/C was set to 66 but it stayed 74 in the room and just being in the room we felt like there was bugs on us. We ended up leaving and getting another hotel. We not recommend this hotel to anyone I know

Reserved a double queen room and only a queen bed was available. After we checked into our room, another party tried to enter the room because they were assigned our room. The hotel smelled, the only elevator wasn't functioning and the stairwell was filthy with debris.

The bed was broke, it being a wire base/floating frame, someone had already zip tied it but they were broke. The kitchenette floor was so greasy we almost slipped several times. Staff was friendly. The hallways smelled and were dingy. I think people are living there as well. Loud noises constantly from other rooms

We stayed 2 nights friday to sunday. Your basic hotel room, bed was comfortable. Carpets were dirty. Ac worked great. Bathroom was clean, the refrigerator and microwave was convenient. The elevator barely worked half the time. They only provide you with two towels two wash rags two hand towels. One small shampoo and conditioner. I brought my own so that didnt really bother me much. They only put one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom so I had to ask for more at the desk. No housekeeper came by the entire time we were there which I thought was very odd. It was cheap to stay there but the property is poorly managed and little to no housekeepers to keep up with the property.

Staff was amazing. I left because the place was dirty, especially the floors and there was a room next to me that obviously wasn’t going to sleep that night. The AC unit in my room was stuck on high and I couldn’t change it. There were some shifty characters walking around. Not my thing.

The hotel was easy to get to. The beds were comfortable and it was mice to have a stove top and a fridge. All the dishes were clean and in the dishwasher. It appeared that someone had used our bathroom. Their towel was still hanging on the back of the bathroom door, the toilet seat was up and the toilet paper wasn’t folded. I misread the pet policy and thought the $50 deposit was refundable, instead it was a non-refundable cleaning fee. That was my fault. The last hiccup was the checkout time was listed on the back of our door was listed at 12 but the front desk said it was at 11. They were very kind and let us stay a bit past 11.

Is definitely a hotel for traveling workers lot of roughnecks there was a fight during our stay several of the people encountered at the front entrance were visibly intoxicated did not affect most of the people there seem to be a lot of priorly homeless people staying there with their pets and you would find them most of the time sitting at the front doors smoking but the rooms were clean and bug free the facilities worked well although the internet did go out three or four times during my stay definitely could not work from this hotel at an internet job or anything that required you to have a stable fast internet connection

I had issues right from check in my virtual wallet couldn't be used because the card scanners were broken Then the room didn't have a working kitchen light and the shower had black mold in it also the cleaning staff never asked about fresh towels or linens

We will not stay at this property again. Our 1st room had a good size hole in the door next to the door handle that you could see right into our room, so we switched rooms and that room smelled really bad even with us spraying lyson, it was a cross between funk and curry. There was hair in the bed, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, handle on the fridge and microwave were broken, the carpet is really badly stained we did not walk without shoes, towels are badly stained, fingerprints all over the microwave, lots of built up dirt in the bathroom in the corners. Cleaning is not high on the priority list for this hotel. Also very important to know the room had one fork, no spoons knives or paper towels or dish towel. We also had to request gas for the only flat top grill they offer and there is no soap in the soap dispenser just inside the side door by the grill. We were outside enjoying our grilled meal and when we tried to go back inside at 930pm the key card reader quit working, my guess because the room A/C units were leaking all over it. Lasly, all the smoking guests sit at the front entrance and that is very gross as we are not smokers, other hotels make guests go smoke else where as to not clog the main entrance.

The hotel inside was great. The rooms were amazing and very clean. The staff at check in was wonderful. The parking lot coming into the parking area had a ditch. Some areas need filled in. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

I will not stay here again. the room smelled musty when entering. the bed was a mattress on a metal frame so it sank where people have been on it the most. the air conditioner was so loud. no hair dryer. no tissues. I suppose since it’s geared towards extended stays, you are supposed to buy all those things yourself.
