"The property was clean and spacious with lots of space for up to 12 people. Furniture and fittings were of a high standard. The only downfall was the master bedroom ensuite was only able to be used for the toilet and vanity. It was fitted out with a very deep spa bath with a weird hand held shower "

"The house is beginning to show its age. Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. The estate agent was right on to everything. It was walking distance of Yamba Fair shopping centre."
