The Space:

Snow settles quietly on the evergreens as you step inside, boots warming by the fireplace and the calm of Whistler’s Benchlands setting the tone. After a day on the mountain, the hush of the forest and the soft glow beneath vaulted ceilings invite you to slow down. Evenings drift by in easy conversation, steam rising from the hot tub while winter air sharpens the stars overhead.



Living spaces

The open-concept main level is designed for unwinding after time on the slopes. A spacious seating area wraps around the indoor fireplace, creating a natural gathering point for movies, board games, or simply watching snow fall beyond the windows. Vaulted ceilings and large panes of glass draw in natural light during the day while maintaining a cozy, enclosed feel once night settles in.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for relaxed, home-style cooking, with generous counter space and everything needed to prepare and serve meals. Nearby, the dining table seats eight beside tall windows that frame the surrounding forest, making slow breakfasts and shared dinners part of the daily rhythm. Whether you are heading out early for ski access or returning hungry from the mountain, the layout keeps meals simple and social.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to eight guests across four distinct sleeping areas. The primary bedroom upstairs features a king bed, cable TV, and a private balcony, along with an ensuite bathroom that includes a walk-in glass shower, soaking bathtub, and double vanity. On the lower level, one bedroom offers a queen bed with its own ensuite bath, another includes a king-split bed that converts into two twins, and the den is furnished with a tri-bunk bed well suited for children or additional guests. A third full bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity serves the lower floor, complemented by a powder room on the main level.



Outdoor living

Step out onto the deck and sink into the private hot tub, surrounded by snow-dusted trees and crisp mountain air. The entryway provides practical storage for skis and winter gear, making transitions from trail to home easy. A private garage and driveway offer sheltered parking throughout the season.



Amenities & comforts

WiFi and a dedicated workspace support remote needs, while a washer and dryer in-unit handle longer stays with ease. Heating, portable fans, an indoor fireplace, and provided essentials such as linens and towels ensure comfort throughout the winter months. Home safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher.



Location & ski access

Set within the Cedar Ridge complex above Whistler’s Upper Village, the townhouse offers direct ski access via the Village Run trail during the winter season. The Benchlands location balances peaceful forest surroundings with convenient proximity to Whistler’s gondolas, dining, and village amenities.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Cedar Ridge is a collection of sought-after townhomes perched adjacent to the Village Run, offering rare and seamless ski-in/ski-out access to both Whistler and Excalibur gondolas. Set in Whistler’s sought-after Benchlands neighbourhood, the area is known for its peaceful mountain setting close to Whistler’s key amenities.



Getting Around:

• 2-minute walk (up the complex driveway) to Village ski run

• 15-minute walk to Upper Village

• 20-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 25-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course

• 45-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• 15-minute walk to the Upper Village Market

• 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market

• #7 Staff housing bus to the Village: Exit the complex and cross Glacier Drive, bus stop will be on the right going downhill



Other Things to Note:

• No window in the den. Please note that there are no windows in the room with the tri-bunk

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Great Condo and Location

This renovated condo was great. Modern finishings, super comfortable furniture and beds and very short drive to Whistler/Blackcomb villages. Short walk to ski hill also. Check in/out and communication with the property manager was super smooth. Only nitpick is the hot tub appears to be from pre-renovation and feels a bit tired - it also didn't seem to be filtering all that well.

This is a lovely property for a getaway with family or friends. The beds were super comfortable, and the pictures of the place are very accurate. It's completely renovated. The kitchen could have used some simple seasonings like salt/pepper, etc but otherwise well equipped. It's a short but steep walk to the village. Thanks for a great stay!
