"We stayed 10 nights starting mid June and it was a good experience overall. The home has a/c, which is necessary as it was consistently in the upper 80s / mid 90s. Sadly, the master bedroom doesn't get cooled off like the rest of the house. It was very hot and stuffy overnight; there is a fan in the closet that can be used as well as a ceiling fan but it doesn't help much once the bedroom door is closed. We did try opening the windows while sleeping but with the fires in UT currently the smoke /smell made that not a good option. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our clothes. Our host was very responsive and helpful, there's a binder with the house rules and suggestions for places to eat and things to do, everything needed was easy to find, the neighborhood is clean and quiet, and the downstairs neighbors are friendly and very quiet too. Our 9yo loved the swing in the front yard and it was nice sitting on the porch in the cool mornings & evening time. We'd stay here again."
