「Room was clean although some area in bathroom need touching up. It was satisfactory for our short stay & reasonably priced.
Staff welcoming on arrival.
Great to have pub next door to get breakfast & dinner when needed.」

「Free parking in a smallish off road private parking area opposite. Check in was quick with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was a good size, clean, modern and with all the amenities you need. Breakfast was outstanding! All waitress served off a comprehensive menu in a well laid out dining room with attention to detail. The cooked breakfast was excellent and overall what you would expect from a very high end hotel really. I did not have dinner so cannot comment much on that except it was £30...

「Great location for getting around Whitby. Shame about lack of car parking. Shower drain in our room was prone to blocking. Concerned it might flood the downstairs. We did mention it to staff. Overall a pleasant stay. Might be an idea to mention the stairs leading to upper room as less mobile guests may struggle」

「We had no running hot water other than the electric shower. No wardrobe just hangers on hooks. TV was the size of an iPad. Bottom bed sheet too small and forever coming off. Needs to be clearer when it states breakfast included but it is only cereal. Outside seating area not suitable as soiled with seagulls droppings」
