「The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. The area was walkable to many activities, music venues and places to eat, as well as the Nashville Farmer's Market, which was wonderful. This area felt very safe and appeared to be a new and upcoming area in Nashville with so much to do (some restaurants were not even open yet). The main bed was very comfortable, and the only thing I would change would be the comfort of the sofa bed mattress. Since parking is $40, I would definitely recommend...

「This apartment was so cute! It had a a full kitchen with dishes even for cooking. Everything we needed for our stay was there and even a record player and vinyls and an accoustic guitar to enjoy. Entry was easy with a code and the area was safe and close to all the places we wanted to go in Nashville. Oh, and the bed and pillows were super comfy. No complaints at all! 」

「4 adult women needing a safe and clean place to stay for a few days of adventuring thru Nashville. The house was perfect! Plenty of space to spread out and plenty of space to be together. The great location made it an easy Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway. On another note.....The broken glass and boarded up back door was a little disturbing...especially since it was the same style glass door as the front entry. The bed linens were not as fresh and clean smelling as the towels. Also, the bathroom...

「What a wonderful host! The condo was very clean & well supplied. My daughter had a very nice birthday get away.」

「Not the best, not the worst. My sister and I stayed here with our three kids on spring break. We arrived at night and were a bit troubled by the amount of homeless individuals near the are. It’s off the beaten path and close to the city jail, so it was a little worrisome arriving at night. While the property smelled like new construction, it was a bit rough around the edges. Lots of scuffs and dings and dingy corners. 」
