「We came to Gatlinburg for a wedding. We didn't want to stay in the heart of Gatlinburg because we knew it would be crazy because of Spring Break. While the house was a bit out of town it was completely fine! The house was great and we enjoyed our stay!」

「Great location for a sort of last minute booking! Not too far from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You can hike with llamas just ten minutes away! As I told the owner having instructions for the tv would be helpful, and could not tell when oven was preheated as lights didn’t work.」

「This was our first time in Tennessee and we couldn't be happier with this place! It was so cute and clean. The view of the river and waterfall was so beautiful! We slept with the door open most nights to listen to the water. The property was very clean and the perfect size for us. And Gatlinburg wasn't a far drive! There is a lot of traffic on the road but we couldn't even hear it. We will definitely be back and will be staying here again! :)」

I do think the listing should be more detailed as this is a downstairs sort of a very nicely finished basement room. As another reviewer stated we also had noisy neighbors above us the whole 6 day stay. They had children and we were awakened each morning from multiple heavy footsteps and also late at night.
