“I love the hotel, we will be back”

“The staff is helpful, efficient and friendly. The free drink at the lounge ticket you receive when you check in is a nice touch.”

“Location was great. Within walking distance to local restaurants and casinos. The three ranch houses were only a ten minute walk.”

“Booked a deluxe room with 3 queen beds as we are a party of 6. Arrived and our check in was an envelope with a key in it. It was for a basic room with two queen beds. No one was at the property to get us the correct room. Two of us ended up having to sleep on the floor. Staff did nothing about it in the morning. Didn’t apologize. At first said we just had a basic room and then said it was deluxe but blamed it on Expedia.”

“The room is clean and the mattress is just the right hardness. I am very satisfied! There is also a supermarket next to it, which is super convenient!”

“They allow people to have barking dogs in their rooms, even after the quiet hour of 9pm. Unfortunately you can hear it in your room even if you had the forethought to not bring a dog on a trip to annoy others.”

“I could not enter the office to check in. There is no manager. I did not stay in the unsightly motel. I never registered or could sign in. Do NOT represent this terrible facility. Advertisement misleading ,fraudulent.”

“They allowed me to book a room through Expedia that did not exist (not that they had given it to someone else or double booked - literally structurally they do not have the room that I booked and confirmed). There was no parking available in the lot and they directed us to park across the street in a business lot (which we were told by a local had been a source of contention - we promised to move before the businesses opened to make sure that we did not inconvenience them).
