A reason I booked this was because of the indoor and outdoor pools and the hot tub. We could hear the people next to us like they were in our condo. I could even hear them walking up the stairs, luckily they only stayed one night as only heard them one night. The patio is small and shared with the other neighbor. We got there when the office was closed so had to call and the lady who answered the phone was not overly friendly. There are many units and there isn’t the personalization you get with staying at a privately owned home. We did like not having to have a key and just had a combo to unlock the door. The area is nice and for the most part quiet depending on which wall is shared with the other unit.
