Second full bathroom so no one's fighting over mirror time



Sleeps 2 to 8 guests—bring your crew or keep it cozy for two!



Just a short stroll to Elmer’s Pond and the walking path to the indoor pool (yes, there’s an indoor pool!). And don’t sweat the weather—literally. We’ve got mini-splits to keep things cool in summer and toasty in winter.



THINGS TO KNOW



Streaming services are available with guests’ personal accounts.



Guests must climb down a flight of stairs to access this home.



The spiral staircase may not be well suited for those with mobility issues. (Both bedrooms are located on the lower floors.)



CHECK-IN: 



4:00 PM or later. (Early check-in MUST be pre-approved by PTARMIGAN VILLAGE Management in advance) (an additional fee may apply)



CHECK-OUT: 



10:00 AM or earlier. (Late check-out's MUST be pre-approved by PTARMIGAN VILLAGE Management in advance) (an additional fee may apply)



PAYMENTS: 



50% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking.  



All balances must be paid in full 14-days before your scheduled check-in day. 



The total balance of the reservation will be due at the time of booking if your scheduled arrival date is within 14-days of the booking date. 



If the reservation is booked through Airbnb, VRBO, Home Away, Booking.com, etc.100% of the total booking charges are due at the time of booking or follow that site's terms and conditions.
