Guests step into an inviting open kitchen, living, and dining area upon entering the condo. A spacious kitchen features granite countertops, a stacked washer and dryer, and a dine-in island that seats 2, or guests can gather for meals at a dining table that seats 6. Opposite the dining area are 2 bedrooms. A primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo; a guest bedroom has a queen bed and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo. In the cozy living area, guests can relax on a plush leather queen sleeper sofa, watch a movie on the TV, or soak in the mountain and downtown views through the sliding glass doors that open onto a fantastic balcony. After a fun-filled day on the slopes, the private hot tub will help ease sore muscles. * No smoking, vaping, pets, or parties permitted at this property. Guests shall not have parties or events at the home, which include but are not limited to bachelor & bachelorette parties, golf parties, and weddings.
Check-in on 12/25 is not available.

*With prior approval, we are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200 per dog, plus a $100 cleaning fee. A pet agreement is required and must be signed and returned prior to arrival. Pets must be well-trained and crated at all times when the owner isn’t present.
