Everyone was helpful, we had all the information needed. I did send an email one day, as there were maintenance people sanding our patio for most of the day and didn't receive a response. We were disappointed not to have been notified that our patio would be unavailable for the day and we would be inside with all doors and windows closed. Coming from the 110 degree heat in AZ, the ability to be outside was a big reason why we visited.

It is a very nice condo.

I would recommend this property to our family and friends. Everything you need is supplied. Only down fall is the exchange for Canadian dollar.
