"I spent a lot of time researching places to stay near family. We are elderly, there was no mention of no cell service or wifi. Only way we found VRBO, we had address. It's way out in the country. There was no instructions how to access wifi. I suggested to host how important that is. She said she would leave in future. We left as family, wouldn't be able to find us. We barely found our way out of there, as no gps service. I'm sure property ok for some families. Oh, in the photo's...

"This small apartment had recently been remodeled with some nice high end touches. Having a washer and dryer (nice ones) were a nice touch. Location was close to Pere Marquette Beach and plentiful other sites. Oh yeah, and the food at the Cafe... awesome! Will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Muskegon again!"

"This 3rd floor room was not correctly represented. Nothing said abt 3rd floor. Staircase to rm 5 very steep with no workable lighting. There were lights but inoperable. Obviously not completely inspected. A/c worked but inefficient. Not a choice for most people . Extremely bad for elderly. Kitchen primitive. Wifi ok. Low oh clearence. Clean bath, frig effective, no k cups. Not a pleasant experience. Access shud have been revealed. "
