The customer service is always awesome. I've stayed here many times. Almost every single time without fail though, their cheaply put on headboards have fallen off onto me. 3 times this has happened in 3 different rooms. They're only held together by nails and velcro... One of the previous times my boyfriend had forgotten his apple watch charger and his Lululemon pants and they were taken from the room within a few hours. We called back the same day asking for them in the lost and found and they were mysteriously not there.

Clean room, friendly staff. No elevator which would have been difficult for people with luggage if your room was upstairs. No restaurant open for breakfast. There is an Indian restaurant in the hotel but it is only open for dinner. The mattress in my room was narrower than the metal frame it was on. I hit my leg several times getting out of bed. It is right across the street from Whitehorse airport but there is no shuttle service, so you either have to walk (which could be an issue in winter or if you had lots of luggage) or take a $10 taxi ride. There is not much else around the hotel. Next time I would stay in downtown Whitehorse.

Restaurant Taj is attached to this hotel. So the in room service and dine in option is very convenient. The restaurant is open till 12 midnight. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall very good, but two caveats: 1) the HVAC and in-room fridge were loud when they kicked in, and 2) it's right across the street from the airport, so that means that it's not near much else. The room was great overall though, and the staff was amazing - big thanks to Freddie specifically.

From the moment that we were aware that we needed to overnight in Whitehorse, our phone questions were answered professionally by the staff at The Skky Hotel. We appreciated all of the considerate little extras that The Skky offered us. Freddie was awesome and remembered that my husband ( different last night) was flying in 3 hours earlier than me. The king size room was ready when he arrived. I was impressed that Freddie welcomed me when I arrived and remember my email. Very impressive. Jefferson was happy and engaging, we had a lovely chat when he helped us with our appetizer and drink choices in the excellent onsite Indian restaurant. Jefferson was also the person that checked us out the next morning. He was pleasant and still had a very big smile. Although we were a 5 minute walk to the airport, the front desk called a taxi for us as we had several pieces of luggage. As we were leaving our room to checkout, Chris was cleaning the hallway and immediately noticed me manoeuvring my bags out of the room and he kindly took them to the front desk so that I could checkout. This hotel offers the little things that translate into excellent service.

乗継で宿泊。 空港から歩いていけて便利。 22:30のチェックイン、5:50のチェックアウトでした。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでテキパキしてました。 部屋は思ったより天井高く広く清潔で満足でした。 価格もこの辺りでは適正、とにかく乗継のみなら立地が良い。
