“We loved our stay at this property. It was exceptionally clean, well equipped, private and comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied. Location was great for access to Colorado National Monument and other public recreation lands in the area. Communication with the host was excellent. Lots of very thoughtful welcome gifts and other touches. This is our third VRBO on this trip and by far the nicest. We hope we can return someday!”

“This cottage on the Redlands is absolute perfection, in every way!! I loved the property so much - I would live there if I could! The host was kind, helpful, and communicative from the get go, and all instructions were easy to follow. The house itself is even better/cuter than the pictures and description - and those are fantastic to begin with. The property is immaculate, well-appointed, tastefully decorated, comfortable - just perfect! Being from GJ, this is actually the first time I've ever……

“Mostly great but not friendly for short people. A stool or step ladder would help. Lower the bathroom mirror. With the steps, it is not friendly for someone with a walker. The host was responsive and helpful. Very clean. The back porch with a table was nice when in the shade. Sweetener and creamer for the coffee would be nice.”

“It was fairly small. I had to utilize the laundry room to put my luggage in. Also it was difficult to figure out how to work the TV,All in all, it was a cute place to accommodate 1 adult and 1 child.”

“The owners didn’t communicate check in details so we tried for a couple hours to reach them. Since VRBO didn’t have them either, they were zero help! The owner ended up calling and apologized for the inconvenience. Things happen so no harm done. The place was nice and just as described. Other than the check in snag, everything else was nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend- just make sure day before arrival you get door code! Great location.”
