"The location is great (a short walk to main, convent and pippi beaches) and reception staff are super lovely. The residence itself is like a time capsule from 1990 - everything is very tired and run down but functional, we honestly only slept there so it didn't bother us too much as we booked for the location which was close to our friends house on Ocean Street. Kitchen could have been a bit cleaner, some of the cutlery was dirty and there was lots of crumbs in the utensil drawers but otherwise well stocked. Would stay again for the location. "

"Slightly older rooms, but they are clean and very spacious, with big kitchen and bathroom. Great for families, but also couples. Resort pool and spa area, with pool bar, is heavenly! Spa being adults only, and a separate pool for kids is a great touch, that makes it pleasant for couples even when there are lots of families staying. Restaurant on site has decent food and staff are very friendly. Nice quiet location. Only negative is the poor wi-fi, which is nice for the disconnect, but makes it hard to use the smart TV "

"Great location in centre of town, walk to shops, the river and beach. Spacious, modern bathrooms and kitchen, well stocked utensils. However, the property is a former commercial property, poorly converted. Lots of wasted space, fancy but not functional furniture. Most disappointingly, there is no 3rd bedroom. It's an open internal room (3 walls only) off a common area. No door, no windows, no hanging or drawers, no air conditioning, no where to put a suitcase. There are split air conditioning units in the other 2 bedrooms, but their use doesn't extend to the lounge / dining / kitchen areas. Very hot in the morning and stuffy at night. Might suit 2 couples in July but poor for 3 couples in February. "
