Perfect for a getaway!

Stayed here for a weekend trip, and enjoyed it! Check in and out was super easy with the instructions provided. Loved the decorations and design of the home. Location was perfect being at a dead end, but close to highway access!

Such a cozy little home!

I was needing a place to get away and focus on some business things, and this place was perfect! It is so cozy and has a wonderful layout for relaxing indoors and outdoors, cooking, and working! Communication from the property manager was great and instructions for checking in and out were clear & simple. They even touched base to make sure all was going well during my stay. Thank you!!

Cute little house

Me and my old lady came out to Wichita for some concerts and had a wonderful time staying at this property. Had a good sized fenced in backyard so that my dog could run around. We will definitely coming back when we are in town.

Had a great time

The property was exactly like the listing. Nice fenced yard for our pup to run around. Plenty of coffee, comfy beds. Great location close to golf, food, and stores. Nice water pressure in the shower. Would stay again.

Cute house

It was a very good house to stay in for the graduation we attended in Wichita. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Walking distance to Friends University which made a nice place for my morning walk. Check in was very easy.

Quick trip

Had a relaxing stay in this cute home. Nicely decorated, well lite great room, dead end so very little traffic, easy parking, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The highway noise was fairly minimal. Appreciated the communication from our host. Absolutely would stay here again and highly recommend!

Perfect Choice

We were very happy with our stay at Delano Delight. It was clean and cozy, and lived up to the online description. Alex was a great host, responsive to messages and even delivered a new iron when we couldn’t find one in the house. The check out process was easy and required only the basics, which was nice. The house is right next to the highway, so the road noise can be loud, but there are accommodations

Great little property

We stayed here over a weekend as a girl’s weekend. It was my mother, my 2 sisters and myself. Check in was a breeze. House was clean and nice and cool when we arrived. Centrally located near downtown in a nice neighborhood. We could hear the traffic from the highway but it was not bothersome at all. Would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us to Wichita. Thank you so much!

Good property - as advertised.

The property was as advertised - a few family traveled to Wichita for the NCAA Basketball region and stayed at Delano Delight, just a short distance from downtown Wichita and INTRUST Bank Arena. The owner does mention the property backs up to a loud highway and it does but they provide ear plugs and white noise machines, which overcame the highway noise and made for a good nights sleep both nights. Although I only counted two white noise machines for two bedrooms, unless I just didn't see one in the back bedroom. One of our family members is hard of hearing so he didn't need it anyway.

Easy & comfortable

House was clean with updated furniture and exactly what we needed for a quick weekend stay. Backyard was fenced for dogs to go outside on their own. Next to the freeway, but noise did not bother us. End of a cul-de-sac, close to anything you’d need. House was stocked with everything we needed. Worked out great for family with kids and pets.

Delano Delight

The house was beautiful.. Neighborhood was nice! The noise from the highway was very minimal once inside. The bed for my husband and I was to firm, but my son loved his. Alex was very attentive. She emailed every day to check on us and brought us snacks! Overall a great experience!

Lovely little Riverside cottage

This place is wonderful and deceptively spelacious. It was clean and comfy, walking in felt like the comfort of visiting grandma's home. We slept great and enjoyed some hottub time. Head's up, the fence has a large hole/gap in it to the unfenced neighbors yard, so visitors with pets should keep watch of their fur babies. Also, the backyard will definitely need some landscaping, it was a rainy weekend, so keeping mud outside was difficult at times. Otherwise, the house was really awesome, with beautiful, good size kitchen, and plenty of space throughout.

Great place!

Stayed there for a 3-day conference at the Hyatt Regency. It was a very short and easy drive to the Hyatt and Old Towne. The home was immaculately clean and decorated nicely. There were touches of autumn in the pillows and flowers that made it very homey. There were desks and tables enough for us both to work. The shower was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was great but we didn’t use it to cook. The house is next to the highway as stated and the noise machines and fans made it tolerable. The house is at the end of a cul de sac in a university neighborhood. Very enjoyable. I would stay there again!

Nice, quaint, and small

Our overall stay here was great. We came to town from rural Iowa to see our niece. The house is at the end of the block on a cul-de-sac so there's not much traffic on the street. Everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. The listing did warn about the interstate traffic. I'm not sure if it was the time we stayed or if it's normal, but there were lots of sirens along the interstate especially at night as we were all trying to sleep. All the bedrooms back up to the interstate here. If your a light sleeper, bring earplugs and or a sound machine.We typically travel with our dogs, so finding pet friendly stays is always a nice perk. This stay stated it had a fenced in back yard, which it did indeed. However, the back yard was so over grown we had to wade through the brush to ensure there was actually a back fence before we were comfortable letting the dogs explore their new space. There's also a fence pannel missing between this yard and the neighboring property that had a plastic tote lid trying to function as a hole filler. Lastly there is a significant weak spot in the flooring near the floor register right in the middle of the house. This is a high traffic area, and the floor flex there will wake you up more than desired while wandering through one of the other bedrooms to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Even with these small quirks, we were overall pleased with our stay.
