Nice and clean. Wall furnace didn’t work so it was cold sleeping. Bathtub could use a grab bar. Otherwise very handy location.

The attention to detail and extra effort put into hospitality in this house was impressive. The jars of hair ties and dental picks were beyond the usual expectation of things provided in a vacation rental. Many things were labeled so it was easy to know which light switches went to which lights. The host Alex reached out to check in on any needs and responded quickly with any questions I had. Something to note: The AC unit is a window unit and it is located in the bedroom. It can be a bit loud. It did completely drown out any traffic noise and reminded me of sleeping with a sound machine on so it could be a positive for some. If you prefer more quiet I would suggest packing earplugs. Overall I had an excellent experience staying here and will have it at the top of my list for future visits to Derby.
Never had dental picks and hair ties provided before. This was outstanding!
