This home has a full 2 beds, off street parking and is on a main route quiet southern Wichita Neighborhood.

This is 10 minutes from Old Town, which you will find everything from nightclubs to eclectic coffee shops. Easy access to the turnpike, and I-35. The neighborhood is a generational neighborhood with peoples kids living close to parents and is super quiet.

Good place to stay
House was quaint, however there were some issues. The toilet was incredibly close to bathtub, the front door had a gap at the bottom so therefore flies flew in. All in all it was good for our quick stay.

We have used this property twice now when we come to visit family. It is conveniently located, comfortable, newly remodeled, and it just works great for us. Host is quite friendly and aided me in a check-in booboo I made, so everything worked out. we had all the amenities we needed, will go back to this place again...

For what we were needing this place was great! Clean house, quiet neighborhood! We had a small issue with the lock but manager was easy to get ahold of and the issue was fixed quickly!! Great place to stay!

Clean and efficient
My teenage son and I stayed in Wichita for a few nights to visit family. House was clean and manager was available for assistance. House is on a 4 lane street so there is some road noise. Overall, please with our stay.

Great location in east Wichita
We stayed in this property for 3 weeks while visiting family and friends in Wichita. The location was ideal and near everything we wanted to be close to. It is right across the street from one of our favorite Mediterranean restaurants when we lived in Wichita.
The property had a comfortable king size bed in one bedroom, a well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. We will definitely consider staying in this property again on our next trip to Wichita.

It’s cute
Staying here was nice and affordable! The place was clean and provided several amenities such as makeup wipes and cooking supplies. It’s located in the middle of Wichita so it’s easy to access the downtown area in under ten minutes.
