We requested more coffee for our room the front desk worker was so nice and gave me plenty for our morning coffee.

Only complaint was pool hours were posted until 11pm and they close it at 10, just wish it would have been open until 11, otherwise would stay there again.

Walls and ceiling are not insulated very good. Could hear people moving around the whole time we were there. Other than that it was a clean nice stay.

The front desk lady was so nice so helpful, so professional, the pillow and bed so comfortable i sleep right a way i laid down on bed ,the toiletries good quality no cheap bottles , had body wash,shampoos, hairconditioner ,body lotion, hand soap ,the room well maintain and clean all you need for your trip and accommodation i loved i stay again and recommended for family and friends

Great staff... Bad stay
Would like to preface this all with, the front desk lady was amazing. She did her best to help with all the issues. That said, first room I was given clearly had not been cleaned (bed was unmade, trash on floor etc) and smelled of human waste... Second room was cleaner... At least no visible things. But shower was really in need of deep clean. Kind of gross. All in all I was only in town for a night but if I have to come back will not be staying here. Also, breakfast items were not hot and looked prepared a week earlier...

When we first walked in the hotel it smelled really good and was clean! The lady who checked us in was very kind and sweet. The room was clean and surprisingly not much noise from other guest. My only complaint was that the room had a beeping noise that was ongoing all night and was so hard to sleep and it was driving me nuts. It was almost like an alarm battery was dying and a constant loud beeping was going on all night.

Gave me an occupied room, the key didn’t work. Asked the personal for assistance and he was annoyed walked with us to the room and threw the sign, key did not worked, he oped the door and found out somebody was sleeping. He did not apologized. Gave us other room, the sheet were dirty with blood stains. I do not appreciate the knowing two/three hour prior the check out hour. Something to rescue: Morning staff was way more friendly and helpful. I do like Holiday, it is my first choice when travel. This is the first or second time that I have a not so pleasant experience.

no hot tub but was on advertisement
I picked this hotel for the hot tub, got there and it was broken and wouldn't be fixed till end of month. The pool was also cold had i not had a 4 day commitment with them through you i would have sought another hotel. Had i gone directly to them I would have asked if the hot tub was working and would not have stayed there.

Worst stay ever
This is sofar the worst experience we had at Holidayinn Express. The room was not very clean ans smelled bad. Most of all the room was hot and noisey at night. We could not wait to get home and have a good night sleep. I will never book a room at Hollyday Inn again.
