Prime location nestled in the heart of east Wichita- near popular shopping areas such as Bradley Fair and Towne East Mall (Scheels). Lots of restaurants close by including Mexican, Italian, Indian, and Thai. This property is also very close to Edgemoor Park which has outdoor pickleball, tennis, playground and a skate park. Just minutes from downtown!

As you step inside this ranch style home with no stairs, you will be greeted by a spacious living room designed for your group to relax and enjoy. Indulge in a Netflix series or movie on the smart TV, or challenge someone to board games or cards that are provided.

Your vacation home has ample kitchen space for making meals together. Enjoy eating with friends and family in the stylish dining area which seats 6 or enjoy a cup of coffee in the comfy seating area attached to the kitchen.

After a long day of traveling or exploring Wichita attractions, you'll love relaxing with friends around the firepit, or grill a meal on the outdoor patio which includes outdoor seating.

Everything inside the house was clean, orderly, and comfortable. We appreciated the use of the space as it was just what we needed for our short stay and centrally located to where we had to be. Neighborhood is nice and quiet- house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our only holdup was the gaggle of geese hanging out in the roadway. They politely moved for us.

Family Visit

We were in Wichita visiting family- this was an excellent place to stay. The fenced in backyard was perfect for the kids to run around in, and the house itself was spacious and comfortable. Would love to stay here again if we're ever back in town!

Very roomy

Had an early family Christmas here, it was the perfect place for us. Big kitchen, plenty of room in the dining/living room. Huge yard for the pups to explore. Great location, close to everything we needed. Definitely coming back!

Thanksgiving Stay

The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Some furniture and carpet showed signs of wear. Overall a nice place to spend Thanksgiving with family.

Wichita fun visit

A good stay over three days. Plenty of room for the family visit. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate but otherwise we would have tried the yard and the fire pit.

Very accommodating

We were in the process of moving and needed a place to crash with our kids and pets before finishing the rest of our 11 hour trip. The hosts were very accommodating, incredibly helpful, and responsive. Plenty of space for our 5 kids, ourselves, and our pets.

We will be back!

We loved this house. The price was great. The inside was nicely done and very comfortable. The backyard was huge with ample seating. The coffee bar was a great touch. Sheets were like butter so much so I had to look at the label and plan on buying some when I get home. They were so easy to converse with. We will be back for sure when we bowl again!

Great place to host!

We had my daughters sweet 16 birthday party here and it worked great! Plenty of seating and open enough to not feel over crowded. Functional kitchen (with coffee already there 😊).The littles had fun running around the backyard and with the cornhole game. My youngest wished it was her house lol. Host was easy to talk too and replied quickly. Would gladly stay here again!

Church Workshop Stay

Five of us ladies came to Wichita for a Friday night and Saturday Bible study workshop. It worked very well to have the two bedrooms with 2 beds in each and one friend had the master bedroom. The house is on a dead end street, so there was no noise from traffic. The large living room was very nice for visiting . The hosts were very responsive when we needed anything. The kitchen is very well done and we loved the little sitting area off the kitchen.

Firepit Home

Nice home, very grateful for allowing us to bring our dogs! The backyard is really nice. We had some carpeted rooms which we try to avoid because of animal smells, which there was a hint of. My fault, I didn't notice on the listing or think to ask. The pond is not at all accessible which was disappointing, but there are lots of geese which you can see from afar. There is a Trader Joe's and some nice shopping not too far away. Overall, we would likely stay again.

Good rental for a short trip

Stayed for 6 days. The WiFi is not very great after the host said they upgraded it. Spotty hit and miss service. The electronic front door kept messing up and locked us out. They didn’t have a backup key. If the front door issue has been fixed and you don’t plan using the wifi, it’s a great home. Fire pit in the back is pretty cool and utilities work great
