Conveniently located quaint cottage like home with the comforts of home. Wifi - SMART TV with all local channels and Streaming Apps for sign in. We supply Keureg with pods and have a full kitchen for you use. Easy access to I-35, Kellogg, Old Town, Derby, Spirit Aerospace, and McConnell AFB. This home has a full 3 beds, an office workspace in the front room, ample parking and is nestled in a quiet SE Wichita Neighborhood.
The Neighborhood:
This is 10 minutes from Old Town, which you will find everything from nightclubs to eclectic coffee shops. 3 minutes to Kellogg, and 5 minutes to I-35. The neighborhood is a generational neighborhood with peoples kids living close to parents and is super quiet. Its a quiet slice of Wichita.
