This house is located in a multicultural neighborhood in southeast/ south central Wichita and just minutes from Derby.The home is very convenient with easy access to I-235, I-35 (Kansas Turnpike). and K-92. There are several parks within 5 minutes of the home. There are restaurants, grocery stores, and anything you might need within moments of the home. In a hurry, you'll also find many fast food restaurants (including Taco Bell, Arby's, Sonic, McDonald's, Spangles, Subway and more).
Please note, Wichita is not the most walkable city. There is a bus system but it can be difficult to navigate. Renting a car or using Uber/ Lyft is highly recommended for most excursions.
Please note that we do NOT allow PARTIES. If there is any sign of a party (I.e. lots of people coming and going (especially late at night), excessive noise, complaints from the neighbors, lots of alcohol being brought in, signs of drug or and/or drug paraphernalia), you will be escorted out of the property immediately without refund. Please note that the neighbors do keep an eye on the property.
