South Side Chic is a 3 bed one bath home located in a cute south east neighborhood close to shopping, grocery stores, downtown, the river, McConnell Air Force Base, Spirit Aerosystems and the main Hospitals. This home has 3 bedrooms, one bath and has been recently been remodeled fully. Has parking for up to 2 cars off street in front of the home for 2 vehicles and on street parking in front of the home. Washer Dryer access in the garage.

The Space:
This is a single family home with a open living area, dining area with living and entertainment area combined. Great option for a work trip or visiting family in Wichita. The kitchen has an electric stove, Keurig provided with pods, full size fridge and dishwasher.

Weekend stay

Overall the stay was good. We were busy through out the day so we weren't at the house much, just really needed a place to sleep. Older house recently remodeled. The beds were very comfortable. The back yard hadn't been mowed in a very long time so you could not go out there to enjoy the weather. Neighborhood was very quiet and the house was easy to find. Owner was quick to respond to emails when sent to him.
