Great Girls Getaway

We stayed here to attend a graduation at Wichita State university and it was in a great location. Truly 12-14 minutes from everything. Both driveway and street parking and the keypad check in was a breeze. The 3 bedrooms were a good size and had plenty of couch space as well. Just a note that two of the bedrooms share a jack & jill bathroom and the other bathroom is attached to the master downstairs. Would definitely return.

Unexpected

My family and I were not aware of storms that had passed through the area. There was water in the basement bedroom and the home smelled like mold. The home was clean, neat and tidy but these events only allowed us to stay one night. The host was very understanding and she worked with us on our refund.If there were no issues with water/smell it would of been a great stay.

Overall, this house suited our needs. Unfortunately, we discovered the basement bathroom had a water leak that continued onto the bedroom carpet. We let the owner know and they sent someone to suck up the water. The carpet was still very wet for the remaining 2 days we were there. They offered for us to cancel, but there was no where else for us to stay as it was state track and everything was booked. I was mainly disappointed in only a 50 refund. The leak made it very difficult to use that 3rd bedroom. I would have expected at least one night to be covered. I reached out to the owner and expressed that we didn’t feel this was sufficient and never heard back.

Quality Property

Our stay at this property was solid. Interior is nice and accommodating. We would stay here again in the future. The house isn't necessarily "spacious" but it did suit our needs. The backyard space was a bonus and several of our party spent a good amount of time hanging out there. Ultimately no bad surprises. The overall neighborhood isn't a great area, so that is something to be mindful of depending on the details of your party. Check-in and check-out were superb with no issues. Communication with the Property Manager was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would give it a quality review.

Cute House!

House had a lot of personality! Love how it was decorated. And although we didnt need it, kitchen was fully stocked to cook anything and everything with pots, pans, and crockpot! We had a little trouble with one of the tv's, but the property manager was spot on with quick reaponse to help us out. Thank you!
