Short Stay

We stayed here for 2 nights while attending a basketball tournament. The house is located just off a busy street, but quiet neighbor hood. The backyard was definitely a huge win for us, especially our toddler.

Great space for 7 people

We were all ages from 1 to 85- the only down fall was there was no handrail at the front door. The house was more aged than the pictures might lead you to believe but it was a great space for my group- the house had everything you needed and even had baby items- would stay again!

Family location while in Wichita for a wedding

Although the home is older, it worked great for our famiky to at stay while attending a wedding nearby. We had all tge amenities we needed and the host was very responsive to our needs and questions

Great stay for a large group!

The house was great! Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies (except pot holders). Location is very convenient as well. Would definitley stay here again :)

A good house

Host was very helpful, and the house was well stocked with the things we needed. The floor downstairs was a bit cold -being cement, and the host was not lying about the floors squeaking especially loud when you're downstairs, but otherwise our stay was great!

Perfect stay for watching some Falcon Baseball!

We came up to watch the Falcon Baseball team and our olds play a couple of games during the week. The house was perfect for our stay! The house is pet friendly and has a huge yard for them to run around! We will definitely book again the next time we come up to watch!

Small house but great outdoor space

The house is small but uses the space well with lots of beds and great outdoor space. A welcoming host who left coffee and treats upon arrival and was available if needed.

The host was amazing and communicated with me from start to end of stay. They even provided k-cups, sugars and creamer for the coffee and had toiletries available too. Such a nice touch. Thank you!

Excellent for family

The house was as described with a surprise play area in the basement which was great for our 3 year old grandson. The backyard is really nice. It was clean and well supplied. It is loud in the basement sleeping if someone is in the kitchen, but was not an issue. Host was responsive.

School trip

I had classes at the airport in wichita it’s for the week. The house is very close to the airport so the drive was nice. The house was very nice and clean and had plenty of room for everything that I needed. If I have to come back I will definitely stay here again!

Travel for daughters wedding

We stayed here for a days for our daughter’s wedding. It was very charming, clean, and worked great for us. The location is super handy near 235 and easy access to Kellogg, lots of places to eat, Walgreens, and Target many places close by. We had a quick question and the owner was fast to respond. We were comfortable and pleased with all! Thank you!

First Trip to Wichita

In town over Labor Day weekend to visit nephew who attends Friends University. Friends is just a short drive away and this was perfect location. Downtown is a must if new to Wichita. House was perfect for my family and me. Property Manager was great. House is smaller than what I pictured in pictures, but we were very pleased with everything. It's an older house but still so cute. We didn't get to spend as much time in back yard as planned but I have no regrets with this rental. Thanks for your hospitality! I would rent again.

We got lucky

We needed to find a place in a pinch for my family to stay for a funeral and the choices were dwindling with the dates so close to Christmas. This property came up and it was more than enough room for my wife and our kids small families. We had plenty of room. Believe the other reviews about the floor being creaky but that’s part of the charm. The property manager was very accommodating and filled our request for some supplies in what seemed like minutes. Wish we came during the spring or fall to see everything green and we could have enjoyed the backyard.

Great location easy stay

Our project crew needed easy airport nd project site access. This home made it easy on all aspects. Lots of room to spread out and central location. Host communication was fantastic.
