“No attendant on site. Lots of stairs so pack light. Room was clean and quiet. Mackay's had an excellent steak.”

“Above all else was the hospitality of the staff: although they have an 11:00PM cut off time for checking in, when I found out that I would not arrive until 1:00AM because my flight was cancelled and I was put on a flight 5 hours later, I e-mailed them and they immediately agreed to take me in. When I arrived the door was open, the key was hanging on a hook at the desk and all was right in my world. That is really service in my book. PS: breakfast was wonderful.”

“The room was advertised as having a bedroom and washer. There was only 1 room with a pull out couch and there was no washer. It was an okay room but you had to crawl over your partner to go to the bathroom at night. The pull out couch went wall to wall.”
