"Fabulous little place, in an idyllic location. Whilst the accommodation is basic, it is charming and has everything you need....including kitchen and bathroom facilities. The addition of horses, pigs, and chickens and ducks on site was a bonus, and being greeted by the farm dogs every day was lovely. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating (we had to change our dates at the last moment) and are really friendly. Definitely looking forward to staying again."

"The horses cab was very cute and well designed, spotless and cosy.Very relaxing place, the views of waking upIn the morning with the horses are amazing. Also have pigs, a little pony that is very friendly and trots around in the open. Owners were friendly polite and very helpful on call with anything you needed help with. Even had a lovely wood fire whilst watching the stars. Recommend highly for a relaxing weekend break. Will be going back forSure. Thank you"

"Lovely little house, with everything you need for a home from home. Downsides- there is child lock on the Wi-fi, not good for a tradesman working away. Cold house- woke up every morning shivering. Wasn’t sure how to set heating timer. And next door there are elderly neighbours who must be deaf- they are night owls and I’m sure their tv is directly opposite the wall of bed stand. Was maybe 2am before all was quiet. Also nothing to do with house but there were scrambler bikes going up and down...

When I arrived I couldn't get hold of the owner as he wasn't answering his phone and didn't have the curtesy to reply to the several messages I left, both in the form of answer phone and text. I had to contact Hotels.com via the online chat. Eventually one of the owners employees phoned me and said he would come and let me in. Once in the property, things didn't really improve. "Fabulous location and warm welcome. Our room, the Zodiac room, was large, very comfortable and beautifully furnished. It was very hot but there was already a fan in the room. My partner had a back massage and said it was great, as we're the facilities. There is no out door jacuzzi due to building works and it didn't spoil our time there. The restaurant was a little pricey but the food, service and vino very good. We will come back 😁👍"

"The staff including Mia on the front desk, Millie on the bar and serving staff in the restaurant were all very helpful. Suggest more help in the bar at busy times as it sometimes takes a long time to get drinks. Special mention to Sarah, Events Manager and the chefs in the kitchen, the special meal for 20 was excellent. Our special occasion anniversary weekend was a great success. Thanks everyone."
