We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Leicester! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore Leicester. We really enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Leicester. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay - staff was helpful and very friendly. We received an upgraded room upon registration. The room was spacious and comfortable! The breakfast buffet was also very good. Parking was easy at a ground car park a block or so away ... and the hotel was within walking distance of all the 'old city' sites (e.g., Richard III visitor center, cathedral, Roman sites, etc.). Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel.

The Novotel is easy to find arriving by car and only a short walk away from the centre of Leicester. Check-in was easy and staff helpful; I had already been sent a message advising about the car park. The room was very comfortable. The main nuisance was traffic noise from motorcycles; the noise from other vehicles was fairly quiet. Breakfast was excellent.

A really nice hotel with good parking, not so good if it was raining as you have to walk, the Hotel is lovely and the restaurant served some really nice food , although breakfast wasn't very good at all, stewed beans, no tinned tomatoes and the coffee cups were tiny, being charged £14 was excessive, restaurant food was delicious but a little too expensive
