“We had to attend an event in Heerlen at 12pm and after flying from New York and driving for 2 hours we arrived at the hotel at 10am hoping to get the room early to freshen up and change. Of course with check in at 3pm this was a lot to ask. Both the concierge and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job accommodating us and had the room ready for us in record time. That is top notch service!
The rooms were great and the breakfast the next day was fantastic. We had an excellent experience……

“Very clean hotel, breakfast is so good and within walking distance to the tourist spots. I would recommend this hotel. Only in the toilet have a little step of stair is very unnoticeable, may twist your feet.”
