"Nice and quiet place, property could use some proper cleaning, like the mattress were full of food, when you opened the window there was built up dirt, broken shower door, broken outside furniture, waking up at 4am because the curtains were not dark at all was not pleasant. The parck and other houses around us looked great. reception friendly"

"This was a nice hotel near family. The room was large. However, we wished there had been a door for the bathroom area. It wasn't very private and made bathroom use a bit uncomfortable. If you were traveling with your spouse it would not be a problem but traveling with others was a bit strange when you needed to use the bathroom. I will say.... I loved the thatched roof. Very cool."
"The Europarcs itself was amazing, great location, easy to find, perfect for families, beautiful surroundings.
The accommodation booked was great, twin bedroom for the children, double bedroom with two singles pushed together for us adults. Good sized living area inside and perfect outside space for a family.
Only thing that could be improved is the kitchen area. Microwave oven not a full oven, no toaster which I would have thought was a basic and only a small freezer inside the fridge (no oven gloves either and I feel they should be provided)
Area is perfect, restaurant on site with another just a two minute walk up the road. Swimming pool which is indoor. Outside play areas for children including a large bounce area.
We found this place was the perfect in-between stop point for exploring the Netherlands. Amsterdam is 40 minutes away, Efteling is an hour away and Utrect only 30 mins. "
"I requested to speak with someone 3 weeks before the stay about the possibility of needing to upgrade due to a medical issue. They promised to contact me, but never even tried to reach out. I was told that I could not check in before 16:00. We arrived there at 17:03 only to find the reception area closed. Nobody sent us any notification about needing to arrive at 16:00 exactly. It took awhile to find someone to give us the information about where to get our key. It was windy and -1C outside, and we were stuck for over 30 minutes waiting for help. The apartment was dirty, with dirt and trash on the floor, including used water bottles and dirty tissues. There was mold in the shower. The sheets did not fit the beds. The online form would not let me enter our license plate information, so we could not get our vehicle to the house. The pool was cold and boring. There was no security and 4 teenage boys were running around the changing rooms, fully clothed, being rowdy. As a single woman, I did not feel safe since I was alone. I could hear the conversations in the next door homes. The curtains and sheets had multiple holes and tears in them. When it was windy, the curtains were moving due to the terrible draft. This was the worst vacation home I have ever stayed in and the staff were totally non responsive to my requests for assistance."
