「Nice hotel with nice food and service. While we are worry about our dinner at the black forrest area, the hotel resturant gave us a surprice that their dinner and breakfast is delicious and healthy. We enjoy it very much. Price is worth for the room stay and it is good to have free parking for driver too. Overall is good, only the room wifi is unstable and keep on disconnect about 3 to 4 times at night..」

Einziges Manko ist das schwache Internet (Junior Suite 120). Das Frühstück ist in jeder Hinsicht vorbildlich, die Frische-Abteilung hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Die Service-Mitarbeiter im Restaurant machen einen guten Job. Ich träume, wieder einen Wellness-Urlaub hier zu machen. 」

「Great breakfast! Comfortable room! Great guide service. We have trouble to find the hotel due to the surrounding construction. Can't find the way to approach the hotel for 20 mins. The lady was with us on the phone to guide us for 10 mins until we reach the hotel. It was very difficult for both parties to get where we are first. But then the lady help us made it. 」

「The parking spaces are Very limited, it is actually very low chance to get a free parking space from the hotel. We have stayed for 2 nights and tried several times to go back to hotel to check for the parking space but we failed. So do not expect you can get a parking space at the hotel.」
