Nice view and kind staff. Very spacious room. Found everything I needed here.

Honestly this is the best hotel we have stayed in Europe by far! The view is stunning, room is spacious, clean & comfy. They have the most delicious breakfast buffet with very nice and professional staff. Also need to mention the male front desk staff who did check-out process for us was super friendly and even gave us some water and a jam. Small things make hospitality memorable ;)

Nice view

Great location with not much people around. The staffs in the hotel are very nice and helpful. And the room got great view and the water pressure from the shower is good enough. There is Japan channel in TV, good for Japanese and HKer.

Mrs. Fatma is being very helpful and let us check in at 1pm instead of 2pm. The service apartment is beautiful and very close to Interlaken Ost Station which is one minute walk. Will definitely be back again next time when I go to Interlaken.

it is one of my favourite accommodation of my trip. the staff area so nice and it is next to the cable car station and could assets to the train station via the cable car station. I love the balcony with an amazing view of eiger mountain. there is a microwave at the breakfast area and it would be great to heat the food at the balcony of the room. the only thing I would suggest for improvement is installing a door at the bathroom. I would recommend to stay here instead of staying in the centre of...
