We had an amazing time at Madison Resorts. Perfect weather and great staff and phenomenal amenities. Loved the shuttle service, beach service and food options on site. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall vibe was fun and beachy. We will be back!

I remember staying at this building when I was a child when this was the original Admiral Motel. The Madison has been transported into a beautiful modern facility and really does give you more of a resort vibe. We only had 2 days/nights there as any vacation plans for us has been up in the air for months. When you check in there is a valet desk at the Ocean Tower who takes care of parking the car for you so didn't have to stress out about finding a spot. The aesthetic of the lobby area including the pink floral telephone booth is light and airy. Since it was a short stay for us, we did not want to lug around the beach cart, umbrella, etc and we didn't have to since the Madison provides umbrellas and beach chairs. We got to the Beach closer to noon so we did have to wait a while for chairs to be available but it was fine as it was a gorgeous beach day. The pools in both Ocean Tower and Royal Tower provide towel service which you get a towel card that has to be returned so you don't have to worry about bringing towels either if you want to pack less things. We booked an interior view room which was fine with us for the short stay and the room worked fine for my husband and I and our teen daughter had the pull out sofa which was in the cute room with the retro microwave and refrigerator. I would say the lack of drawer space in the bedroom area would probably not be the best if you were staying for a longer period of time but that is the only issue I saw.

We like that hotels are beach front and one is pet friendly. The heated pools were nice minus the hot tub jets were not working at Royal hotel where we stayed.The shuttle was very convenient to boardwalk and a nice park and bike trail is across from hotel. Dislikes Parking is tight and you can't control heat and a/c in room switch only has low , med , and high for ac and room was chilly from a storm that came through. Room safe did not work.

Our room was very nice, but it was very, very difficult to access with luggage. The walkway is very slippery from the rain. There are no mats or anything to protect footing. Several people fell. The front desk was very, very cold and unhelpful. The best part was the valet service and the people there who were extremely friendly and helpful as well as the shuttle bus, which was a great service and was also very friendly.

Had someone come into room while we were sleeping .Told management They did nothing,We left a day early because we felt unsafe.You think they would have refunded our money for the last night or some kind of refund.We would not recommend this place to anyone

Make sure to stay at the ocean tower not the royal tower. Ocean tower is beautiful royal tower needs renovations.

Room was unusable due to stopped up shower. Despite requesting this to be fixed every day, never repaired over 4 days. Ceiling in bathroom then started leaking. Mold noted in bathroom. Sugar packet in room was moldy. Rooms not cleaned well at all. This is a short list of complaints at this “resort”.

Although the property is beautiful and situated in a spectacular location, unfortunately, the dog friendly unit we stayed in was in dyer need of maintenance, cleanliness, and a full revamp. We were grateful to have our pup with us, therefore, we overlooked these things. I highly recommend more attention to detail in the dog friendly units.

We have been coming here since the 70s… loved the updated room and cleanliness. It was a perfect location. Very well maintained… Ocean Towers is the way to go! One suggestion: The pool music is fun but all music should be lowered by 6pm, just to create a more relaxed evening. So happy with this vacation!

We stayed here for a week in August. The property is ok. The issue is they put all their effort into making the lobby and pool area look so modern and fancy, meanwhile the rooms are just like every other motel in Wildwood. They can use updating and a deep cleaning. The real issue was finding parking. To go along with the fancy facade of the lobby, they require valet parking once the handful of parking spots in front are taken. I don’t really need someone driving and parking my car with my personal items inside every time I come back from dinner or the boardwalk. Completely unnecessary and at times inconvenient. I personally would not stay here again when there are hotels with identical rooms for a lot less.

Was falsely told we left a bag and drove one hour to get and to find out was from a different room. The biggest disappointment was manager would not talk to us about as staff told us she could not speak to us as she was in her office. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

Pros: Gorgeous silky-sand beach with free lounge chairs/umbrellas set up for you and beachside food/drink service. Great soundproofing in the rooms, and our two-room suite was spacious. Restaurant food and servers were very good. Cons: Bathroom felt grungy (rusted toilet paper holder, not well-cleaned). Safe didn’t work. Staff outside of the restaurant weren’t friendly or welcoming — no one checked if we were enjoying our stay. Poor communication at check-in about amenities. Towel attendant was on her phone and unfriendly. Required valet parking was inconvenient

Pros: really pretty resort and clean. Wonderful lounge areas and proximity to the beach. Shuttle to cape May and wildwood boardwalk is great! Service at the restaurant was good and plenty of clean towels ready for the pool. Cons: AC unit in the room is loud which makes it hard to get a good night sleep. Our sink also didn’t drain properly. When asking for additional things from house keeping it took way too long. There is only one elevator in the hotel so if you in the ocean front part it takes a long time to walk to the elevator and you are walking through very narrow area passing by many rooms and people sitting at tables.
