    Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the condo prior to your arrival.

    Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price.

    Beach Gear Other Essentials: We can arrange for the delivery of beach chairs, umbrellas, cribs, and other items prior to your arrival.

    Parking: There are 2 parking spaces included in the garage. There are two back-to-back parking spots labeled 2003. No parking pass is necessary.​​​​​​​

    This condo offers a spacious and practical layout designed to accommodate up to ten guests. The living area provides a comfortable place to relax and includes a smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. The kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and essential cookware for easy meal preparation. Guests can dine indoors or step outside to the patio or balcony to enjoy fresh air and ocean views. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and access to a shared outdoor pool. A grill is also available for guest use.

The space was good. We had alot of fun. Very close to the beach, beach tags were included. The property could use updating and a thorough cleaning.

Location is great. 1 block to the beach. Beach tags were included which was a big plus. Overall, it was a nice stay. However, the entire house definitely needs a deep cleaning and some updating. The cabinet door over the washing machine does not close. We had hit our heads on it several times. Water pressure should be checked. Master bath shower has black mold or black mildew. The umbrella on the patio was broken. We ordered something from Amazon and it was noted that it was delivered, but never received the package. Reported package lost/stolen.

Toilets and tubs could have been cleaner. There was a lot of trash under bed in loft. There was no placecto put things in kitchen cupboards and bedroom closets were filled with stuff making it difficult to use the floor space. Also, I had sent a check to Experience vacations for the 2nd half of my payment to avoid paying the convenience fee. I sent it weeks before it was due. My credit card was charged anyway. I called and emailed 2 different people at Experience. They told me they would look for the check. I never heard back from either of them. I not only had to pay the convenience fee but had to pay 30.00 to stop payment on the check. I won't be renting through them again. I will be sticking with the Powers group from now on.
