「This property is spacious and well appointed, with a beautiful view of the hills above Heidelberg. A few things could be improved upon: firstly, when we arrived, our sheets and towels we had ordered months in advance were not there in the apartment. I called them and they said the sheets and towels would be there within an hour, but did not really have an explanation as to why they were not there to begin with. Secondly, communication with the host prior to the trip was only so-so. They...

最大の問題は、２名で予約したのに、１名分のタオル、布団、枕しかセットされていない。チャットで対応してくれたが、土日なので対応できないから、自分でリネン庫から補充するように言われた。何とか布団カバーとタオルを探し出して寝ることはできた。
次の日に部屋にタオルが補充されていた。
トラブルはつきものだが、この旅行で最大のトラブルであった。」

「I stayed in Heidelberg for 6 days and this is a perfect location in between tourist and local areas. Easy to access via tram/train/bus, and supermarkets and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is in classic homey design, clean and well equipped with basic cooking equipment, also a floor fan is provided.
The check-in instructions are very clear and easy, and I’m always greeted by friendly staff time to time.」
